I start my morning with Dunkin' almost every day. The mobile app makes ordering super easy. I usually place the order when I'm about 10 minutes away and when I get there and it's waiting for me....

it's like you tell them what you want and they enter some version of that and then look at you don't know that they're calling out your order bc they are saying something completely different at...
