With expertise in general orthopedics, sports medicine, and joint replacement, he provides advanced treatments for complex shoulder and elbow conditions. He sees patients at the Resurgens St. Joseph's location. Dr. Titelman completed his residency at the University of California at Davis and pursued specialized training through fellowships at the University of Washington and the Mayo Clinic.
