Donald Osborne

Background Donald W. Osborne comes to Meriwether and Tharp with a wide array of expertise. He began his career as a judicial law clerk after graduating from Emory School of Law. He was later appointed by those judges as the Public Defender of the Cordele Judicial Circuit, handling and trying felony cases. Following his tenure there, he returned to Atlanta where he practiced in the area of Insurance Defense and Medical Malpractice Defense. Don began practicing in the area of Family Law in 2001 and has been guiding clients through the delicate process of Family law cases ever since.
