After trying multiple Meal Prep Services in the Atlanta area we found that most Meal Delivery Services seemed to focus on volume and did not cater to each individual customers food preferences. We also found that these same companies did not use local and seasonal ingredients to prepare their menu items, and many of these companies used preservatives in their preparation. We started Atlanta Meal Prep to cater to give customers a sense of normality while in pursuit of a healthy lifestyle for just about any dietary preference.
