History

I have been designing websites for clients for the last three years. Social Media has been a part of my life since Facebook started in 2003. I have been working on Social Media accounts for friends and then eventually small clients since 2013, after formal training in Internet Marketing and Web Design Certification from Emory University in Atlanta. I have a deep respect for customer service and they way our end users are treated because of 20 years in retail and customer service for various retailers across the United States. My strengths are my ability to retain minute facts which helps with social media stories and content. I love to read and assimilate information which helps me with content presentations for writing. I love analysis, technical problem solving and numbers and I am fascinated with Google Analytics and the Word Press dashboard.
