Greg Warfield is a VP Mortgage Loan Originator at Pinnacle Bank, bringing 40 years of banking experience to the team. He got his start in the industry thanks to his parents—his father was a Realtor and his mother was an Executive Assistant at a local bank in West Virginia. Greg graduated from Alderson Broaddus College with a degree in Business Administration. Greg takes great pride in guiding clients through the home-buying process. He specializes in all types of mortgage loans, including purchase, construction and lot and land financing. Professionally, he finds the most joy in helping first-time homebuyers realize their dream of owning homes. Outside work, he enjoys golfing, tennis, fishing and spending time with friends and family.

With 38 years in the banking industry, Paula Troupe started her career at a local bank in 1986 and has been originating mortgage loans since 1997. Now, as VP – Mortgage Loan Officer at Pinnacle Bank, Paula helps clients secure financing for their dream homes and assists with refinancing when rates drop. Her dedication to personalized service and her extensive experience, from receptionist to loan originator, make her an invaluable part of our team. Outside of work, Paula enjoys traveling, fishing, boating and spending quality time with family in her hometown of Evans, GA.
