SpecialtiesPersonal training is a journey, not a destination. Best Ever Body Personal Training & Nutrition subscribes to this philosophy when working with our clients. There are NO QUICK FIXES. We do not offer nutritional products, cleanses, gimmicks or shortcuts to weight loss, muscle growth & fitness. Just proven programs that deliver lasting results. We're a private training studio, not a gym. Sessions are 45 minutes during which we work closely with our clients in a caring, encouraging and instructional environment. Your success also requires your participation outside of the studio so we will be holding you accountable to your new plan.. As a new client you can expect: *A complimentary consultation for us to get to know each other better and establish your goals and set up your training program *You will complete a full fitness assessment to establish your starting point, which will be used at regular intervals to measure your progress. *You will not be counting calories. We design a nutritional program based on Macros. The calories will take care of themselves. You will be eating whole, delicious foods following our recommendations. *You can expect to be held accountable for scheduling and coming to your sessions and implementing your nutrition program. *You can also expect a great workout. Choose your own music. Enjoy our complimentary bottled or filtered water and fresh fruit.
