Very professional, timely, and well organized. Lunch break closed the office at 1-2. Documents and items required are key to avoid delays.

I was expecting the worse since l couldn't get a response from Email or via the phone. Upon entering the office, l was greeted and directed to sign in. I didn't take long for my name to be called....

Came to this location by accident when applying for a visa. Be sure to determine if you need to be here or at the Holcomb bridge location beforehand. Luckily I was able to realize my mistake...
