I ordered a burrito bowl and the food tag from the avocado was in the guacamole. The food tasted good but I was completely turned off after seeing this in my plate.

Frequently come here. Often rude employees and incorrect orders. Last time my burrito wasn't even wrapped in foil...Never had many problems at other chipotles.
