Id give no stars if possible. I bought a brand new stihl chainsaw a few weeks ago. Used it once and it was hard to start, ran rough, and had issues staying running. I brought the saw back up there...

Not a very helpful ace hardware. Had to look around store for items. Just not use to that in a ace store. No friendly. I go cause close to where I live at moment.

Every time I go in here there's plenty of helpful employees on everyone when they walk in the door. If not, one will usually find you soon enough. You won't commonly find the kind of fastener...
