their whole business model. Check in and check out process of each studio. Staff needs have better resources and management needs to be accessible or give their staff more tools.

horrible. ain't no way it takes 4hrs+ for a 3 scene photoshoot. scheduled for 6pm. walked out at 10:45. worst experience
