Definitely not the service. Old lady clothes. Value too expensive for the junk they sell. Manager is rude and couldn't care less about customers. Definitely entitled millennial.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Layton was useless to assist with a return they refused the return and tried to give back $37 for a $100 dress. didn't warn at all that they have a measly 30 day return period....

I'm not rating the store. I'm actually rating the Customer Service for online ordering. I have used a Belk credit card for many years now. I earn Belk Reward $$ per shopping trip using that card....

The worst. We were Crammed in isles with overpriced inventory. The Inaccurate discounts displayed weren't in the register and the customers bear the burden of proof, after waiting in a line in...
