The sign says open and they don't close till 12am. We arrived to the location to find that no one would take our order at 11:15pm 5/18/21. Ignored for 10 minutes.

I.walked in and I waited for 5 min. Before anyone even acknowledged me. Bad customer service. Not a smile in sight.
