Melinda Bottenfield, DO has been practicing medicine for five years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Bottenfield was a general surgery resident at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. She is board eligible in General Surgery. Dr. Bottenfield is certified in robotic surgery. Her special interests include treating benign and some malignant conditions of the body to include but are not limited to the skin, soft tissues, gallbladder, hernias/abdominal wall, gastrointestinal tract, hemorrhoids, and breast.

Hadi Hatoum, M.D., earned his medical degree at American University of Beirut and completed his residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. He then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School where he completed his fellowship training. Dr. Hatoum is board-certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and internal medicine. His professional interests include COPD, lung cancer and interstitial lung disease. Dr. Hatoum believes in providing patient-centered care by focusing on each patient's problem and encouraging patient and family collaboration. In his free time, Dr. Hatoum enjoys playing sports, exercising and most importantly, spending time with his lovely wife and their two children.
