Development of an emergency preparedness ( disaster ) plan ( must include provision for drought contingency as well as other disasters ) for: District Development and implementation of an action plan to facilitate the conversion to surface water use as outlined by state parameters. Development of composite maps of Fort Bend Municipal Utility District No. 25 to include district boundaries, equipment location and overlays outlining primary and sec secondary trunks and lines. Development and implementation of a preventive maintenance program for equipment and underground lines. Development and implementation of an action plan to stimulate and facilitate district expansion and annexation above the presently planned 3000 connection ceiling.
