Their customer service is atrocious. They make it difficult to speak to a representative. They want you to use text only. Their billing for internet only seems to be a scam. I got their service...

You are all liers! You robbed people. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Im being try to fix my issue for 3 months and body help me. They all liers i have tons of proof.
