How does one associate the word "Urgent" with a wait exceeding an hour? There were 2 cars in the parking lot and 2 people in the waiting room. After 15 minutes of paperwork and a wait of another...

Arrived at 10:44 a.m. for a pre-employment drug screen. Waiting room was completely empty, but I still had to wait 28 minutes without any acknowledgement or expectations set by the front desk...

Look somewhere else !!! They'll charge your insurance as much as they can get !!! And don't even call to request a re-file of charges... We use this place before they change ownership, not any more...
