Had 2 cars in front of me, waited over an hour then when I'm about to pull in they make me switch lanes with someone else. Then took 30 minutes in bay, 2 hours for a 15 minute oil change is crazy.

They cross-threaded the oil tank plug during the oil change. I had to get it replaced at the mechanic. It was a cheap fix, but I still can't recommend a valvoline that messes up a basic oil...

Definitely the slowest Valvoline of the bunch. I think most of the employees are stoned or drunk while on shift. You get what you pay for, go to the one just down the street off of Congress.
