Ultimate Makeovers got started with the joined vision of husband and wife consultants, Heather and Alex Nottingham. They both share a love of business and philanthropy.

An Ultimate Makeover seeks to utilize the best doctors and health practitioners in the field to not only change people's looks, but to transform their lives. The Ultimate Team aspires to help those less fortunate through not only cosmetic procedures, but also through community activism and corporate partnerships to raise money for charity. Nottingham Consulting Group has underwritten a research investigation to locate the top health practitioners in South Florida. Each practitioner is hand selected using 10 criteria and is certified by an independent panel of esteemed members of the community. The Ultimate Makeover Project is also a mechanism to help raise money for charity. This year, money will be raised for Women In Distress.
