Ultima Fitness

Ultima Fitness is a family-owned and operated fitness center that covers an area of more than 20,000 square feet. The center offers a variety of amenities, such as pro shop, women s training area, shower and locker room facilities, strength training machines, and free weight and plate-loaded equipment. It provides over 45 group fitness classes in cycling, kickboxing, yoga and Pilates in a week. Ultima Fitness s gym features a training area with nearly 100 exercise equipment, as well as a cardio area with cardiovascular equipment. The center also consists of a kid s club for children up to the age of 12, as well as features a more than 2,000 square foot of tae kwon do studio. In addition, it provides training classes in taerobix and tae kwon do. Ultima Fitness s pro shop offers a range of workout apparel and accessories. It also offers one-on-one personal training, weight loss education, nutritional consultations and child care services. With a location in Wellington, Fla., the center provides daily, weekly, monthly, annual, corporate and seasonal memberships.
