Sunday I waited to get phone fixed. Guy came out with sign saying on Sunday it's only drop off. They will look at it on Monday. Went to I shop repair and they fixed it. No prob in about 20 min.

I went in on Saturday July 19th at 11am I have insurance on my phone through Asurance The UBreakIFix rep told me I had to call ATT to initiate a claim I was on hold with ATT for 45 minutes...

Held my phone hostage...I had a battery put in my phone paid for it and left. Store kept calling said come back battery needs to calibrate to your phone. I went back clerk said about 20 minutes....
