Horrible! Requested late checkout. Was told 1 pm. We are diamond members of Hilton and this is the norm. Before 11am, normal checkout, housekeeping was pounding on the door. Told them about our...

Get rid of the roaches!! The rooms look great, clean linens, smells clean but y'all have roaches. I checked in last night going on 10pm just trying to get away from the house for a couple days....

Great clean place to stay so convenient to tons of restaurants and shopping. The staff is amazing especially Janette at the desk, super sweet kind person.
