I started out working for other spas and chiropractors, I first ventured out on my own doing in home, now moved into an office location.

I am a licensed massage therapist for 18 years. I specialize in therapeutic/medical massage. I am an ACE certified fitness instructor, certified personal trainer and IIN certified health coach. My main goal is to help others in severe pain, help them move through and out of pain and bring them back into healthy balance.
