Michael Kasper, M.D., FACRO, is a board-certified radiation oncologist at the Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health. He is also the medical director of the institutes radiation oncology. Dr. Kasper served on Floridas Cancer Control and Advisory Board from 2004 to 2010 after receiving appointments from both Governors Jeb Bush and Charlie Crist. He served as chair from 2005 to 2008.He is an affiliate assistant professor at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine and served on the national board of directors for the American Cancer Society from 2010-2014. He is a reviewer for multiple journals, published numerous articles and given international seminars and lectures on prostate and skin cancer. Dr. Kasper earned a healthcare hero award for advocacy work that led to smoke-free workplaces in Florida. He has participated in numerous clinical trials that help bring Lynn Cancer Institute to the forefront in radiation oncology breakthroughs.Dr. Kaspers approach to patient care is to partner in his patients journey back to health by learning about individuals and understanding their needs and expectations. He works to educate patients about their disease, treatment options, side effects and alternatives, believing that empathy is a critical feature of the therapeutic process.When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Kasper enjoys spending time with family, exercising and playing the guitar.

Hina Saeed, M.D., is a board-certified radiation oncologist at Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health. She is also the deputy director of radiation oncology at Lynn Cancer Institute at Baptist Health City. She specializes in cancer care using the latest radiation oncology advances. She speaks English and Urdu.Prior to joining Lynn Cancer Institute in 2022, Dr. Saeed worked as an assistant professor of radiation oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. As part of her work, she was instrumental in establishing several satellite programs throughout Wisconsin. In addition to being a co-investigator on many clinical trials, Dr. Saeed led an investigator- initiated protocol to assess a novel radiation therapy technique for the management of central nervous system tumors.During medical school, Dr. Saeed earned the title of valedictorian. She graduated from her residency program with a Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals (MCWAH) Research and Quality award. She has published numerous peer-reviewed manuscripts, book chapters and invited review articles. She has recently been appointed to serve as an associate editor for Clinical and Translational Radiation Oncology. Dr. Saeed is a member of various regional and national organizations. She serves on various committees working on guidelines and best practices for oncologic management. She is also particularly passionate about health disparities, with a special focus on women of color.Dr. Saeed provides a multidisciplinary, comprehensive approach to personalized care. She values compassionate, whole-person treatment with a commitment to innovation. She loves building long-term relationships with her patients and strives to be a source of comfort during difficult times.When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Saeed enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She also enjoys being outdoors and is passionate about wellness.
