Last, P.E., has lived and worked in Palm Beach County for over 25 years. Mr. Last has been responsible for the timely design, permitting and construction certification for numerous subdivision plats, both residential and commercial, and roadway improvement projects within Palm Beach County. His knowledge, expertise and ability to work with the County's staff are unparalleled. Mr. Last is also an active volunteer member of the Palm Beach County Land Development Regulation Advisory Board, Palm Beach County Development Review Oversite Committee and Past President of the Palm Beach Chapter of the Florida Engineering Society. Mr. Last has been recognized by his peers being named the 2007 Engineer of the Year by the American Society of Civil Engineers. In addition, Mr. Last is a LEED Accredited Professional by the GBCI for New Construction.
