I was ecstatic when I saw that they were putting a UPS store here finally!! I had to go in yesterday to fax something and they were literally the kindest people. I was trying to fax Fmla...

Adam was quite rude. I drop packages here for our company, but not anymore. I'll drive further from now on. Apparently the packages going back to Amazon should be taped sometimes, but not always....

No complaints except Yelp says the hours are open until 5pm Sunday. They actually close at 4pm. So I wasted a trip here.

So I gave you a 1 star. The fingerprint part of your business is absolutely terrible. The ladies were friendly but too busy to help with issues. The gentleman before me was getting frustrated...
