We had a reservation issue which was dealt with and fixed by the GM Chelsea in a timely and responsive manner. All's good. This is a great hotel both to enjoy overnight or with a day pass.

The poolside bar at the Wink Wink was awesome! The bartender, Jersey gave us outstanding service. It was refreshing to see how she enjoyed working there and raved about her job!
