From the minute you walk in, the staff is friendly and attentive. Food is incredibly fresh and tasty. The Launch truly embraces the idea of "hospitality." Can't beat the riverfront setting, either!

Our pasta and pizza dough is made in house, as well as our Sushi Rolls. We are the on Sushi Bar within 60 miles, fresh sushi everyday! We offer Sangrias and Margaritas made in house, craft beer from Labelle Brewery, and top notch service!! Our food is top notch and made with care to offer you an excellent dining experience!
