They are more costly than I expected but then I did the math and because it will replace my inserts for free off they ever wear out it is totally worth it! And I can dance again!!!

Stay away! This is a scam. You'll pay nearly $2K for three pairs of plastic inserts that are probably less than a dollar from China. Not worth it. Go see a podiatrist and get a proper diagnosis...
