Friendly people partnering with the local conservation for a good cause. It's a couple of food trucks with some peacocks walking around. No to go boxes. Minus a star for bird shit everywhere

Had the Gator Basket and Gator Tacos. Both meals were solid. Tacos were great and well-seasoned. Fries were surprisingly very good- well seasoned as well. Grilled gator for the basket was good....

The ambiance was good. Cute little area to sit and it's shaded, the breeze was nice. If you gator bites, be prepared to order more as it is quite small, more of a snack or appetizer than a meal....
