Located at The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island, the commissary is the hub for all locally-sourced seafood for the Crab Trap and their sister restaurants. With deliveries arriving daily straight from the harbor, each year the commissary prepares over 250,000 lbs of fresh-caught Gulf seafood such as shrimp, grouper, snapper, mahi-mahi, cobia, wahoo, and amberjack. The Crab Trap is fully committed to bringing only the freshest seafood directly from the Gulf to your table.Our vast menu also includes wild & sustainable Alaska crab, domestic crab claws, and jumbo lump crab meat. Local produce delivers daily to ensure the freshest flavors, and only the best trans-fat-free canola oil is used for frying. And most importantly, every dish is prepared and served to you by the happiest staff in the sunshine state!
