Was not a great experience over the phone trying to get a tour unfortunately due to the impression that was given, I've decided to go with another community. And the reviews are awful:(

The front office is horrible. Actually (and deliberately) double billed me at $3K, then would NOT refund the 2nd payment. Trust them with nothing. This is my 3rd lease and it was a HUGE...

This place is trash and does not give a crap about its residents. ALSO beware - when you move out, they will claim to mail you a move out statement but actually didn't and send it to collections...

The amenities are really nice but the community doesn't recycle and the water smells like sewer. How hard is it to implement a recycling program or is profits all they care about?
