I think they had someone work on me that was still learning and there was a language barrier and she was very nice, but they should really be mindful there are people who do understand Vietnamese.

I've been here once before, and loved my dip nails. Today must have been an off day, because i was horrified when i walked out and saw how botched and sloppy this dip was done.
