Dr. Hill specializes in the care of hospitalized children as part of the Hospital Medicine program at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. She specializes in the care of newborns as part of the Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital Center for Women and Babies. Dr. Hill is the newborn nursery rotation director and coaching co-director for the Johns Hopkins All Children’s pediatric residency program. She has presented nationally and internationally on academic coaching topics in graduate medical education. Mohamed Rehman, M.D., is the Eric Kobren Endowed Professor in Applied Health Informatics and a Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He held numerous leadership roles at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, including director of transplant anesthesia, and was the anesthesia team leader for the world's first bilateral hand transplant and several conjoint twin separations. He also developed the first biomedical informatics program within a pediatric anesthesia and critical care program while at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he was the first endowed chair in biomedical informatics and entrepreneurial sciences.A graduate of Mysore Medical College, Mysore, India, he completed a pediatric residency at Chicago’s Cook County Hospital, an anesthesia residency at the University of Miami, and a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology and critical care at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He also completed training in biomedical informatics from Oregon Health and Science University and business training from the Wharton School of Business. He is the author of more than 60 original research publications and review articles and more than 80 scientific abstracts. His leadership roles at the national level include serving as chair of the Biomedical Informatics and Technology Group of the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia and president of the Society for Technology in Anesthesia.
