I started preparing food in commercial environments right after leaving Culinary School in 2004. I've worked for large chains and smaller, fine dining establishments. In addition to having a Bachelor's in Food Science and Human Nutrition AND a Culinary degree, I have twenty years experience as a mom and wife cooking delicious, nutritious meals for my family! In my time in commercial kitchens I learned how to prep/cook/serve large amounts of high quality food for people in a formal setting. In addition, I have food production experience having worked in production facilities for large food companies like Kraft Foods.
