Tallahassee Lender's Consortium

TLC provides information and education regarding Fair Housing, budget and credit counseling and the process of purchasing a home. In addition, TLC offers counseling for Reverse Mortgage and foreclosure prevention. In partnership with the City of Tallahassee and Leon County, TLC administers a Down Payment Assistance Program for first-time homebuyers, Inclusionary Housing, and the Community Land Trust.
