The line was way too long. The staff let people cut into the fastpass line. They waited 3 minutes before letting anyone enter the house, was in line for over an hour and only able to complete one...

Horrible location. Even worse ownership. Some scareactors were good, but a few were sexually harassing the guests. Admittedly the sets and props are pretty cool though.
