Where do I start? My daughter needed a phone and we walked in and was welcomed immediately. Nicole and Andy displayed such great customer service skills and a great vibe in the store in general....

Place is trash, the service provided blows. If you call support you speak to not one person that actually speaks understandably. Do not use them, oh and they will screw you over on your plans/bills.
