I was at the Surf style on Fort Myers Beach and the manager Sandra was very rude. she refused to give me a refund for a item I had a receipt for. I will never be returning to this company.

the manger laura l at store 140 was the most rudest person i've ever. didn't wanna spend 117 plus so i kindly said i didn't want them gave me and worst attitude ever. made the people behind me...

Shirt decal was completely peeling off after 2 months. Washed it on cool and hung it dry. They didn't offer a refund or replacement.
