Slow service, you order ahead it's says order will be ready at 10:32 but it's 10:42 they haven't even started to make the drink. Manager unapologetic. Worst Starbucks ever!

I frequently visit this location. Today I had a terrible experience, I placed my mobile order at 10:57 and it says it will be ready at 11:08. I arrive to the store at 11:08 and I see my bagel is...

This location never makes my order correctly. Due to the location, turning around and having them remake it is nearly impossible. I prefer my store on Gall Blvd

Drink tasted great and service was quick. We did drive thru and we were only 1 of 2 cars. Staff was friendly and our drinks were prepared as we liked them.
