I LOVE this particular Starbucks location in Macy's at UTC! There are 2 Starbucks in the UTC mall. The one located in the middle of the mall is not very good, but this location inside Macy's does...

Ordered hot chocolate - cashier with weird attitude, hot chocolate made with water and no sugar. Won't be coming back here again.

A great place to sit when you're at the mall I want to rest. Plenty of seating. Very bright area as well. If you don't want to go into a restaurant but need a quick snack to go this is wonderful.
