How dare they add a 20% tip on the screen and make it extremely difficult to remove? No. I'm not tipping 20%. Literally had to tap the screen three times to remove it. Entitled much? We won't be back.

Super slow. The people making drinks talked and laughed about personal business instead of making drinks. Management needs to be on these people to pay attention and work.

Can't do zero stars so I have to select something. At least this location, I don't know of others. Charge extra for no ice. Can you believe that? Very disappointed at the renovated thief's.
