St. Andrews Country Club is considered one of the finest single-family country club communities in South Florida. Density is less than one home per acre. A majority of the homes are custom-designed with architectural diversity including contemporary, classic and Mediterranean styles. The homes also offer some of the finest interior amenity packages in South Florida. All homes are located on premium sites, most of which are on the golf course, water or both. The community, started in 1982, is 800 acres, 739 single-family homes. Most homes are between 2,500 to 15,000 square feet. Most of the community residents are year round. The 70,000-square-foot clubhouse has two championship golf courses, Cayman Golf Course for beginners and children, 16 tennis courts, basketball court, extensive fitness and aerobics center with full-time instruction, social events from casual to black-tie, dining, holiday and special children's programming.
