I went for my cleaning today. As usually they had all new staff except for Vicky who has been the most helpful staff member over the years. I tried to keep an open mind and go with the new people....

Up sell scheme... told me I needed a procedure and that the insurance covered it all and then stuck me with the bill saying oh sorry the insurance didn't cover it.

UPDATE: They commented that they would be in touch, never reached out in any way. I do however recommend Bernier Dental in Land O Lakes. They are more professional, friendlier, and actually work...
