Pamela is a Licensed Physical Therapist and a Certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner of Rehabilitation The internationally recognized Polestar Pilates Education program certified Pamela in July of 2000, which is only given to therapists passing a rigorous training and testing process of many months can be eligible to receive this certification. Pamela has over 6 years of teaching Pilates-Evolved training on Pilates' equipment and in mat programs.
