Thus far, Shibolim has been the best bread bakery I've been to, and I've frequented a few. They are really friendly, down to earth and seem to be community driven. The breads are always fresh....

The bread is very fresh here and you get pull it right off the baking racks and bag it yourself. We tried the sesame seed and the multicolor seed and thought the multicolor seed was the best....
