Roy makes the BEST sausage, fresh and smoked. Ribeyes cut to order that beat anything at a grocery store. Very friendly staff and there is always a line!

The best steaks I had in years. All fresh and locally sourced. If you don't see it out ask for it. I love the fresh sausage and pork. Excellent quality. Friendly and helpful staff.

I really wanted to like this place. It is a great story. 80 something year old guy retires from his job as a butcher, and opens up a butcher shop at his home. Smokes his own sausage, etc....
