Rosalia's Kitchen started as a family-owned and operated special events catering company. Now, we have expanded and added a restaurant to our operations! Even though our catering offers dishes from many different cuisines, our restaurant is an Italian-Mediterranean Fusion, featuring the vibrant flavors and spices from all over the Mediterranean rim, from Spain and Morocco, to Italy and Greece, Israel and Lebanon, and so much more! Celebrate our favorite dishes made with Rosalia's secret recipes, passed down from generation to generation, but with a modern twist. Most dishes are served "Apericena" style (it's like tapas), so this is a place to come with friends or family and share a selection of food over wine, beer or cocktails. Come hungry and join us in our culinary journey in Miramar-Pines!
