Quest has become totally automated, and it's horrible. They are too cheap to hire receptionists. No one helps in lobby. They change appointments without asking you. the technicians are abrupt....

I was in and out. The person at the desk was lovely and Claudie (sp?), the phlebotomist was superb! She listened to my concerns regarding my veins and struck gold on the first attempt.
