Teller was very friendly and helpful other than that can't say much about the bankers. Apparently they run a graveyard shift with only 2 bankers mid-day to help with basic services like opening...

Went to the branch to avoid 40+ minutes wait in the 800 line ... just to find out that it is basically useless; all they do is call the same 800 number that you could have called yourself.
